Mellow is an AI-powered mental health companion that lives right inside Discord. It's not a therapist but it is a safe, supportive presence you can talk to when things feel heavy, confusing, or just too much. Mellow offers a private, judgment free space for users to share their thoughts and feelings, receive supportive responses, and access helpful mental health resources. Designed with privacy and empathy in mind, Mellow aims to make mental health support more accessible to Discord communities everywhere.

Our Solution

Mellow uses the OpenAI API for natural language understanding and empathetic responses, with strict privacy controls and no data sharing. The bot is easy to invite and configure, and provides resources and crisis support links when needed.
