Use License

This Use License ("License") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and ByteBrush Studios ("Company", "we", or "us") for the software products, services, and content developed by ByteBrush Studios that accompany this License (collectively, the "Products").

By installing, accessing, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install, access, or use the Products.

2.1 Standard License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, ByteBrush Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Products on devices that you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.
• Make a reasonable number of copies of the Products for backup purposes only.

2.2 Enterprise License

If you have purchased an Enterprise License, the terms of that license will be specified in a separate agreement and will supersede any conflicting terms in this License.

Except as expressly permitted in this License or by applicable law, you may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Products.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Products.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Products.
• Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer the Products.
• Use the Products for any illegal purpose or in any manner that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Use the Products to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
• Use the Products to infringe upon the rights of others.

The Products are licensed, not sold. ByteBrush Studios retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Products, including all intellectual property rights. This License grants you only the right to use the Products as permitted in this License.

ByteBrush Studios may provide updates, patches, or maintenance releases to the Products at its sole discretion. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or functionality enhancements. By using the Products, you consent to receive such updates automatically.

Technical support is provided according to the support terms specified for your license type. Standard support includes access to documentation, knowledge base articles, and community forums. Premium support options may be available for purchase.

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from ByteBrush Studios if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy all copies.

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ByteBrush Studios does not warrant that the functions contained in the Products will meet your requirements, that the operation of the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Products will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BYTEBRUSH STUDIOS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF BYTEBRUSH STUDIOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Products may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the Products.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

ByteBrush Studios reserves the right to modify this License at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the appropriate channels. Your continued use of the Products after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated License.
