2. Digital Products and Services
2.1 Software Products
For software products, the following refund policy applies:
- Time Frame: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of why the software did not meet your expectations.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for software products in the following cases:
- After the 14-day refund period has expired
- If you have used the software for commercial purposes
- If you have violated the terms of the software license
- For customized software developed specifically for your requirements
2.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, the following refund policy applies:
- New Subscriptions: You may cancel a new subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase for a full refund.
- Ongoing Subscriptions: For ongoing subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your billing period, minus any applicable fees.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions may be provided on a prorated basis, less any applicable discounts received for the annual commitment.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for subscription services in the following cases:
- If you have violated the terms of service
- For premium features or add-ons that have been used
- For enterprise subscriptions with custom pricing and terms
3. Professional Services
3.1 Consulting Services
For consulting services, the following refund policy applies:
- Retainer Services: Retainer fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Hourly Services: For hourly consulting services, we bill only for time actually spent on your project. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our consultation, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation:
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled start time may be charged the full service cost
3.2 Development Projects
For custom development projects, the following refund policy applies:
- Project Deposits: Initial deposits for development projects are non-refundable as they secure our resources for your project.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable once the deliverable has been approved.
- Project Cancellation: If you need to cancel a development project before completion:
- You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any prepaid amounts in excess of the value of work completed will be refunded
- A cancellation fee may apply as specified in your service agreement
4. Training and Workshops
For training services and workshops, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your registration:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person at no cost by notifying us in writing.
- Cancellation by ByteBrush Studios: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, purchase date, and a detailed reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please note that depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
